Youth Leadership Center (YLC)
Empowering young leaders by facilitating a targeted and unique learning experience. Youth Leaders gain experience by way of outings to learn about the variety of job opportunities in Howard County, tour college campuses, participate in self-defense classes, learn basic outdoor survival skills, first aid, budgeting, car maintenance, and more. The goal of YLC is to connect with the school districts by way of school clubs/programs to further develop positive character traits and leadership skills.
